A word from the Philippine Cordilleras, meaning the land where you come from; a place of belonging. In Igorot culture, ili is more than just a physical location, it represents ancestral ties, identity, and connection to the earth that sustains us.

Inspired by the Cordilleran highlands, indigenous culture, and the scent of earth after rain, Ili is a handcrafted botanical oil that is blended with cedarwood, pine, frankincense, myrrh, and lemongrass, it captures the essence of mountain forests, sacred stillness, and the grounding presence of nature.

Apply to pulse points and inhale deeply to reconnect with land, self, and spirit.

Scent Notes:

Cedarwood – Strength and protection

Pine – Crisp mountain air and renewal

Frankincense & Myrrh – Sacred stillness and wisdom

Lemongrass – Bright clarity and cleansing energy

I can’t recommend this class enough. I’m normally a gym gal who loves lifting weights, but have been looking for something else to help diversify, and possibly implement into my routine. Luckily this class appeared nearby, so I took the intro to yoga class, and had a truly great experience. The instructor Jeffy, is warm and welcoming, creating a really nice and fun laid-back atmosphere. They did a great job in guiding us gently through a variation of movements and breath work. These movements were challenging at times, yet funny enough I feel as if those were the movements that ended up relaxing me the most. At the end of the class I definitely felt a lot less tension and stiffness in my body, and so much more awake. I left the class feeling accomplished and a lot less achy. I will definitely be incorporating this Friday class into my routine!
