About the event

Wnderwell is partnering with the Auburn Police Department to host Yoga with a Cop, a free community wellness event inviting residents and officers to connect through movement, breath, and shared presence.


This beginner-friendly gentle vinyasa session will be held on a weekend morning in May (exact date and time to be announced) and is open to all 18+ and experience levels.


The class will include a slow, accessible flow focused on stress relief, grounding, and nervous system support. During savasana, participants will be invited into a lightly guided dialogue to reflect on shared experiences, community care, and the importance of empathy. The intention is to foster collective wellbeing. Afterward, we’ll close the space with light refreshments and time for informal conversation.


This event is free and open to the public. Mats available upon request. Bring your curiosity, your breath, and your willingness to connect. Please RSVP to reserve a spot!

I can’t recommend this class enough. I’m normally a gym gal who loves lifting weights, but have been looking for something else to help diversify, and possibly implement into my routine. Luckily this class appeared nearby, so I took the intro to yoga class, and had a truly great experience. The instructor Jeffy, is warm and welcoming, creating a really nice and fun laid-back atmosphere. They did a great job in guiding us gently through a variation of movements and breath work. These movements were challenging at times, yet funny enough I feel as if those were the movements that ended up relaxing me the most. At the end of the class I definitely felt a lot less tension and stiffness in my body, and so much more awake. I left the class feeling accomplished and a lot less achy. I will definitely be incorporating this Friday class into my routine!
